The program

Our trainees are Alpa’s future leaders - our global, digital, innovative and sustainable powerhouse of desirable and hyperconnected brands. We are in search of passionate, bold and go getter people that will transform, surprise and grow with us, taking our business and our culture further and further.

Here at Alpa you are at home! You’ll have room to contribute with new ideas, pitch solutions and think of new ways of acting, accelerating your growth and our as well.

Throughout the 12 months of the program you will develop an entrepreneur's mindset and learn about the startup school model which focuses on developing projects going through a entrepreneuring journey from beginning to end, creating both personal and business insights. The journey has Tech Space sessions which are mentorships focused on agile and design methodologies using several tools for managing projects and motivating connections with who has already made change happen in Brazil and in the world.

Growth

Our objective is to build a journey full of challenges and learning for you during your experience as an Alpa Trainee.

All of the steps and actions in the program are based on Alpa’s four business pillars: Global Presence, Digitalization, Innovation and Sustainability. With a generalist practice you’ll be part of the job rotations to broaden your knowledge about operations, brands and products.

Throughout the process we will better acquaint each other. Before the last step you will tell us your preferred area of work and our People team will analyse and suggest you a position at the company.

Here you will dive into our universe, meet our team, routines, processes and also our brands and product portfolio.

You will take part in an incredible journey, having direct contact with our clients and living the day to day of one of our stores. You will also work in our internal areas with the objective of expanding your knowledge about our business.

During the program you have the opportunity of developing skills and mindsets to make things happen, based on agile project management tools and methodologies, impacting directly our business goals and generating sustainable results for our company.

Your project will be presented in a Global meeting with the presence of our CEO, Roberto Funari, our executive directors and other guests. At the occasion we will also celebrate the ending of this cycle and the beginning of your first position at Alpa.

Mentoring

Thinking about the continued development of the trainees, in addition to being eligible for the growth actions offered to all employees, you will participate in a mentoring project with Alpa executives to support you in the challenges you will find in your first position, also bringing together people with different levels of career experience and enabling counseling and exchange of experiences.

Project Development

In order to enhance our operational excellence, throughout the program you will have the opportunity to develop skills and mindsets to get ideas off the ground, based on agile project management tools and methodologies.

Through the squad format you will have the possibility to act on real problems of the company, developing projects that directly impact the achievement of our goals and, consequently, generating sustainable results for our business.

To support the development of these projects, you will have contact with methodologies such as Scrum, Waterfall, Six Sigma, Canvas and Agile.

Yes, any employee or intern can be a candidate as long as they meet the requirements.

The Owiwi tests last for six months on the platform on which they were completed and the Skyrise City for twelve months. If your tests are still due, you will not need to complete them again. If you don't remember when you took the tests don't worry, just access your Notice Board by clicking here and checking.

For Owiwi and Skyrise City tests there is only the possibility to redo it when the date expires or a technical problem occurs with them. If you have a technical problem we ask you to send a message using the form available here telling us about the problem that occurred. Thus, we will evaluate the possibility of forwarding.

Owiwi is a game! It is a different and fun way that allows us to learn more about your profile and skills as you make choices throughout history - but make no mistake: it was developed with scientific rigor and lots of research, to ensure your results are relevant not only for the process, but for you to get to know yourself better too!

Skyrise City is also a game! It was developed by adapting neuroscience exercises to a games format that allow us to assess your cognitive skills. In Skyrise City you will visit a company, where you will have to perform 5 tasks. Have a good time!

Candidates approved in the Assessments will be invited to participate in an interview with the Directors of Alpa.

You will receive a feedback, regardless of whether the result is positive or negative.
